Friendly, relaxing and attentive
The staff were so friendly and helpful- and very kind to our little boy. The breakfast was delicious and expansive!
We didn’t love the local area as much as valetta, but the hotel and facilities were amazing

A great Floriana Festival Weekend
The variety of breakfast was the most I have ever experienced.
We did not sleep a wink one night due to cleaners cleaning the gym, underneath our bedroom. We were not sure what the non stop constant noise was and assumed it was in another bedroom, but when we complained in the morning we discovered that the gym was having a deep clean. We were not happy that if they had known that was booked in, why book that bedroom directly above! when the hotel was not full. We had a premium deluxe room as well. We were offered a bottle of wine but felt that was a very poor substitute and will make a complaint direct to the hotel in writing.

Facilities were excellent. All very clean. Lovely pools. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. Especially loved Hannah by the pool area!
